- 12 charges on June 17 appeared on my card from Google Books, I did not authorize them, and I disputed by phone but never received a resolving text.
I checked my credit card today and much to my surprise there were 12 charges on June 17 on my card from Google Books. I have never signed up for Google Books.
I didn't even know they existed. I called them right away to dispute the charges and got a recorded message saying I would be sent a text with information on how to resolve the charges.
I never received anything. Now I have to call again for something I never authorized in the first place nor did ever receive.

- The book was republished from Create Space and is on AEP; Google misspelled Zar as War, and the author is waiting for correction.
I am waiting for Google to correct the grave misspelling of my recently republished book (originally by Create Space) now on AEP. Instead of Zar they put War which is odd because its a peaceful botanical story.
